About the Role: 
We are actively expanding our residential and commercial landscaping operations in the Twin Cities metro and are looking for a highly skilled Field Operations Manager and Estimator. This is a dynamic role tailored for a professional who excels at accurate project estimation and on-site field leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive site visits to estimate man hours and material costs for complex landscaping and hardscaping installations.
  • Provide active, on-site leadership to field crews, guiding them through logistical challenges and unexpected project hurdles.
  • Continuously assess job site needs to effectively manage and align expectations for clients, the execution team, and upper management.
  • Account for complex site variables, including grade changes and access logistics, to build highly accurate project blueprints.
