Are you a proven leader, driving process and accountability in landscape operations, ready for a new challenge within a fast-growing entrepreneurial business?

 


MUST HAVE:

5+ years of proven operations management in commercial and HOA landscape, arbor and snow maintenance facility services with full P&L responsibility:

· Strong commercial client communications and crew management skills, team building, and strong accountability in a seasonal-driven business

· Bachelor’s degree in landscaping, horticulture or equivalent strongly preferred. ISA Certified Arborist and Qualified Supervisor license a plus

· ·$100K–$135K base + up to 10% bonus (path to equity and COO/President)

· Drive scheduling, P&L performance, crew leadership, seasonal execution (including snow) for profitability.

· Build scalable processes, enforce SOPs, and develop talent splitting your time working hands-on both in the field and office.

· Protect and grow client relationships through proactive communication and service, including off-hour client calls.
