MUST HAVE:

5+ years of proven operations management in commercial and HOA landscape, arbor and snow maintenance facility services with full P&L responsibility:

ยทย Strong commercial client communications and crew management skills, team building, and strong accountability in a seasonal-driven business

ยทย Bachelorโ€™s degree in landscaping, horticulture or equivalent strongly preferred. ISA Certified Arborist and Qualified Supervisor license a plus
