Position Overview:
We're currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Landscape Maintenance team. As a crew member, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-quality, detail-oriented landscape maintenance services while working collaboratively in a safe and efficient manner. This position offers a competitive starting pay of $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for advancement.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize safety by demonstrating the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and promptly reporting any accidents or injuries.
  • Operate and secure basic equipment (gas shears, trimmers, push mowers, blowers, etc.) with a willingness to train on larger mowing equipment.
  • Embrace ongoing training in proper pruning, bed maintenance, and turf care.
  • Ensure the security of all equipment and trucks by locking them when not in use, both on job sites and at the shop.
  • Keep accurate job time via phone app.
  • Contribute to the overall care and cleanliness of equipment and trucks.
  • Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in snow/ice removal operations while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Understand and execute the New Garden Way every day.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.
  • Punctuality and limited absences.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and behavior.
  • Possession of a valid NC Driver's License with limited infractions.
  • A good attitude toward your work and teammates.
