About the Role

As theDirector of Landscape Operations Maintenance Division, you will lead a large, well-established operation serving800+ active clientsand managing a team of100+ employees, including seasonal staff, across multiple departments.


This role is ideal for a leader who believes that strong culture drives strong performance. You will play a key role in developing leaders, improving operations, and maintaining the high standards that have defined Cross Creek for more than 50 years.


Youll work closely with ownership to support long-term strategic growth while fostering a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to stay and grow.

What Youll Do


Leadership & Operations

  • Lead and strengthen a high-performing landscape maintenance operation
  • Oversee production, account management, administrative, and sales teams
  • Foster a positive, people-first culture focused on accountability and growth


Financial & Strategic Management

  • Drive operational execution and financial performance
  • Manage budgeting, labor planning, and full P&L accountability
  • Partner with ownership on strategic direction and long-term priorities


Team Development

  • Develop leaders and build strong internal talent pipelines
  • Support employee growth, engagement, and retention
  • Maintain a strong safety culture across all teams


Process Improvement

  • Improve systems and processes that support efficiency and employee experience
