Elite Landscape Solutions is seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to lead administrative operations for our landscape company. This role is critical for maintaining seamless communication between clients, vendors, and field crews while managing the schedule and administrative health of the business.
Key Responsibities:
Operations & Communication:
  • Scheduling: Advise on routing and general scheduling for service crews, utilizing industry-specific scheduling software.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and email to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide service updates.
  • Insurance Management: Maintain up-to-date insurance records for all company entities and vehicles.

Financial Administration:
  • Accounts Receivable: Oversee the generation of client invoices and ensure the timely collection of payments.
  • Payables & Expense Tracking: Utilize accounting software to record incoming bills and monitor internal company expenditures.

Qualifications:
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing professional vendor and client relationships.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with QuickBooks online along with Google software.
