Job description

tdgFacilities is a full service, facilities management company, located in Cincinnati, Ohio. We are dedicated to keeping our clients’ properties safe and functional year-round. We take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality service that our customers can count on—no matter the season.

We are looking for Full Time, Snow Removal/Seasonal Landscape Technicians to support our grounds operations in the Greater Cincinnati area. This role is essential for the safety, beauty, and functionality of the properties we serve.

This role will be supported by a strong grounds crew leader and an operations team based out of our Sharonville, Ohio office.

Pay Rate: $17to $20 per hour

Schedule: Typically, Monday – Friday, 7am to 4pm (with ability to work flexible and overtime hours during snow events, including overnight shifts)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Winter 
    • Operate snowplow trucks, skid steers, and other snow removal equipment to clear parking lots, driveways, and walkways.
    • Apply salt or de-icing materials to prevent ice buildup.
    • Respond promptly to snow events, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    • Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure readiness.
  • Seasonal 
    • Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and green spaces.
    • Plant, mulch, prune, and weed landscaped areas.
    • Assist with seasonal cleanups, irrigation maintenance, and other groundskeeping tasks.
    • Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience operating snowplows, skid steers, or similar equipment.
  • Landscape/Lawn Maintenance experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work overtime.
  • A team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
