Your Role
The Global Strategic Deals team sits at the center of the firm's most important opportunities. When a client issue is ambiguous, highstakes, and CEOlevel, this is the team our leadership calls.
We're hiring Strategists at both junior and senior levels to help shape multihundredmilliondollar pursuits across industries. Your work will influence how Capgemini shows up in the Csuite and how we position our value on the global stage.

As a Strategist, you will play a critical role in structuring complex client problems, developing strategic hypotheses, synthesizing insights across multiple dimensions, and producing highquality strategic narratives and proposals. This role is ideal for experienced strategy professionals looking to deepen their exposure to largescale, Csuitedriven deals while continuing to build their strategic judgment and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

You're the engine behind strategic clarity. You will:
  • Structure ambiguity: Break down messy client asks into sharp strategic hypotheses
  • Think in systems: Connect market forces, client priorities, and Capgemini capabilities into a coherent picture
  • Synthesize and simplify: Turn complex insights into clean, executiveready slides
  • Coordinate workstreams: Bring together inputs across industry, solution, partner, and client teams
  • Shape the narrative: Build crisp, visually compelling pitch materials
Example: Turn a fragmented opportunity/ client need into a 1page storyline that anchors the entire pursuit.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong Academic background in Organizational / Business Strategy. MBA preferred,
  • Approximately 5 - 10 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or corporate strategy
  • Strong problemstructuring and hypothesisdriven thinking skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear, concise insights
  • Strong AI/GenAI maturity to drive internal and client related efficiencies
  • Experience supporting complex client engagements, pursuits, or transformation programs
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting structured thinking
  • Strong PowerPoint and storytelling capabilities for clientfacing materials
  • Ability to work effectively in fastpaced, highstakes, and ambiguous environments
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working across diverse teams and disciplines
  • Curiosity, drive, and a strong interest in largescale strategic deals and Csuite problem solving

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $112,600 to $160,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
