Position: Labeling Specialist

Location: Mounds View, MN (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
 

Job Overview

We are seeking a Labeling Specialist to support medical device labeling activities, ensuring product labeling complies with regulatory, quality, and design requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with medical device packaging labels, PLM systems, and artwork management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, review, and maintain medical device product labeling and packaging artwork.
  • Ensure labels, specifications, drawings, and artwork comply with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Release and manage labeling specifications and drawings using PLM systems (Enovia or Windchill).
  • Develop and edit labeling artwork using Adobe Illustrator.
  • Review labeling updates and implement changes based on regulatory requirements.
  • Support review of promotional and commercial materials to ensure consistency with approved labeling.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance labeling quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Engineering, and Marketing teams to support labeling activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with medical device package labeling.
  • Hands-on experience with PLM systems such as Enovia or Windchill.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong attention to detail and document control skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
