Job description

A Day in the Life:

In the position of QC Lab Technician I, you will work with management to keep the lab running proficiently. Follow process guidelines and expedite quality concerns to upper management. Oversee lab technicians to ensure maximum productivity, training, coaching, and delegating of assignments. Manage the disposal of samples, uphold health and safety protocols.

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Complete analysis of finished products from current co-packing facilities.
  • Conduct product testing which includes visual assessment, flavor & tasting, and physical measuring of the following attributes: Brix, acid, pH, color & CO2.
  • Accurately record test results onto excel spreadsheets.
Who You Are:
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in a beverage manufacturing laboratory preferred
  • Computer Skills Desired: Computer operating skills and Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Able to operate basic lab equipment including refractometer, pH meter, digital burette, carboQC, etc.
  •  Basic math and calculator skills preferred.
