Job description

Sigmatech is seeking a Knowledge Manager II to support the Joint Data Support (JDS) and Analysis Working Group (AWG) missions. This role supports day‑to‑day content management, administrative operations, workflow coordination, and metadata capture across unclassified and classified enclaves.

This position is suited for candidates who excel at organization, structured content management, executive support, and multi‑task coordination.

Key Responsibilities

* Support daily administrative and business process activities for JDS and AWG.
* Maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, manage visit access requests, and support conference/VTC scheduling.
* Publish, curate, and maintain content across multiple portals (SharePoint, Teams, SIPR portals, Intelink).
* Assist in capturing and organizing metadata across studies, documents, and tasks.
* Support development and maintenance of the AWG budget tracking tool.
* Prepare read‑ahead materials, meeting minutes, post‑event summaries, and briefing packages.
* Provide customer service support and contribute to customer feedback processes.
* Participate in the standardized process workflow (intake, QC, dissemination, archive).
* Collaborate with Functional Area Analysts and Knowledge Manager III to ensure content accuracy and discoverabiliy


Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree.
* 4+ years of experience in at least two of the following:
- Administrative Support (executive support, scheduling, project management, communication).
- Content Management (content creation/curation, writing/editing, DoD access control).
- Knowledge Management (change management, data analysis/management, large‑scale content environments).
* Basic proficiency with SQL for routing, metadata capture, and repository queries.
* Experience supporting government customers.

Desired Skills

* Experience with SharePoint, Teams, MilSuite, Intelink, ADO/Jira, and workflow automation.
* Ability to work across NIPR/SIPR/JWICS environments (training provided).
* Familiarity with taxonomy/tagging systems.
