Job description

Responsibilities

Signals Analyst will provide RF/SIGINT expertise to support RF/SIGINT initiatives with analysis to articulate threats, vulnerabilities, and/or emerging trends. Signals Analyst will conduct research to evaluate technical and all-source intelligence with specific emphasis on user behavior and patterns in dynamic and changing environments. Signals Analyst will identify trends with RF systems and perform behavior analysis. Signal Analyst will write concise assessments that highlight findings supported by evidence and articulate the impact of the findings.

Qualifications
  • 8 years with BS/BA; 6 years with a MS/MA, or additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • TS/SCI with poly
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in Intelligence Community signals analysis or signal collection, with focus on wireless, cellular, satellite or terrestrial signals  
  • Proven ability to research and analyze data from a variety of sources and to present findings in clear and concise written reports 
  • Familiarity with SIGINT tasking and collection mechanisms 
  • Experience with relevant RF/SIGINT tools/databases
  • Ability to provide RF Signals environment analysis/assessments 
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of RF and telecommunications protocols 
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision 

Desired Qualifications:  

  • MS degree in technical field 
  • Familiarity with other IC agencies 
  • Familiarity with RF testing and measurement system 
  • Familiarization with waveform engineering and analysis 
  • Experience with operational communications 
  • Experience with relevant targeting tools and writing standards
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Splunk and Python

Target Salary Range$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
