Kitchen staff are employees who work in the kitchen of a restaurant, hotel, or other food service establishment to assist with food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen operations. Their roles can include washing dishes, chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and supporting chefs or cooks. Kitchen staff ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, food safety standards are met, and meals are prepared efficiently for customers.
