Sweet Carocas is a fast-growing manufacturer of premium refrigerated and frozen desserts. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Helper to support our pastry production team and help us create high-quality desserts enjoyed throughout South Florida.

What You'll Do

  • Assist the Pastry Chef with daily dessert production.
  • Measure, prepare, and organize ingredients.
  • Support mixing, baking, assembling, filling, portioning, and packaging.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area.
  • Follow recipes, production schedules, and quality standards.
  • Help maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Comply with FDA, GMP, and HACCP food safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen, bakery, or food production experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
