What is a weekend hibachi chef?

Weekend Hibachi Chefs are culinary professionals who specialize in preparing and cooking Japanese-style dishes on a hibachi grill, primarily during weekends. They are skilled in performing cooking techniques and entertaining guests with their culinary flair, often in restaurants or at catered events. Their responsibilities include preparing ingredients, managing the hibachi grill, and engaging with customers through interactive cooking performances. Weekend Hibachi Chefs must have strong cooking skills, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
