Summary: The Sous Chef plays a key leadership role in the kitchen, supporting the Executive Chef in overseeing food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest standards of culinary quality, safety, and efficiency. Job Duties:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in daily planning, directing, and coordinating kitchen operations.
