The ideal candidate is a skilled culinary professional with strong leadership abilities, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced private club environment
Summary: The Sous Chef plays a key leadership role in the kitchen, supporting the Executive Chef in overseeing food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest standards of culinary quality, safety, and efficiency. This position requires strong culinary expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in daily planning, directing, and coordinating kitchen operations.
