Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for preparing food to be cooked and plated by a head cook, chef, line cook or grill cook within the Seminole Tribe of Florida's Elder Services Department. The individual efficiently processes and completes needed steps in the food prep area. The incumbent ensures all prep items are prepared and stored to specifications. Cleans work area and other kitchen areas as defined by the Supervisors.
