Kitchen Manager

The Boxer Kitchen & Bar – Clearwater Beach, FL

The Boxer Kitchen & Bar is looking for a motivated Kitchen Manager to help lead our back-of-house team. We're looking for someone who can lead by example, work the line alongside the team, and help maintain a fast-paced, organized kitchen.

This is a hands-on leadership position—not a desk job.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the kitchen team during service
  • Cook on the line during shifts
  • Maintain food quality and consistency
  • Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and scheduling
  • Perform quality checks and help maintain kitchen standards
  • Help train and develop new team members
  • Work with management to improve kitchen operations

Qualifications

  • Kitchen leadership experience preferred
  • Strong cooking skills in a high-volume environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable, organized, and able to lead under pressure
  • Nights, weekends, and holidays are required

Schedule

  • Four 10-hour shifts per week
  • Weekends required
