Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Pay: $24.00 – $25.00/hour, plus an additional $1.00/hour for evening and weekend hours

About the Position

LAUNCH is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused ACCES-VR Employment Manager to lead our employment services while remaining connected to the individuals we support.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a combination of program leadership, staff management, compliance, and hands-on employment support. The Employment Manager will provide strategic direction for LAUNCH’s ACCES-VR employment services while also providing direct job coaching and support to individuals pursuing employment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of employment services policies and procedures.
  • Ensure individualized employment goals and plans are implemented, monitored, and documented effectively.
  • Coordinate and lead program intake meetings for new participants.
  • Conduct and document routine internal audits to support quality, compliance, and program effectiveness.
  • Monitor monthly program income and expenses to maintain fiscal responsibility and accuracy.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle for employment services staff, including onboarding, training, supervision, and ongoing support.
  • Provide hands-on job coaching and employment support, including occasional evening and weekend hours based on participant needs.
  • Collaborate with staff, participants, employers, and community partners to support successful employment outcomes.
  • Help create a positive, supportive team culture focused on participant success and independence.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One of the following:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related human services, human resources, or similar field and at least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities in job placement services; or
    • At least four years of experience providing job placement services.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation necessary to meet program needs.

Preferred:

  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Experience with ACCES-VR, employment services, job coaching, or vocational rehabilitation.
