Your role
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop correct level of expertise in all MVS products to be able to assist our customers in the field (application/process assistance, troubleshooting, etc.) and ensure great customer experience.
  • Creation of a yearly business plan aligned to overall company Business Plan.
  • Be able to communicate the features, benefits, and values of all products to various plants in your territory.
  • Develop and communicate persuasive sales proposals to all customers in your territory to secure plant preference.
  • Become an expert in the Atlas Copco sales system - Strategic Partnership Selling.
  • Assessment of our business position at our customers in the territory.
  • Originate new day-to-day business outside of the project acquisition cycle.
  • Suggest and assist in plant level implementation of process improvements with MVS products in your territory.
  • Execute regular plant visits on a weekly basis..
  • Sell value-based Atlas Copco Service Level Agreements with your customers.
  • Regularly maintain and utilize Salesforce as a tool in all areas of sales (forecasting, lead management, follow-up, campaigns, etc.)
  • Comprehend the manufacturing philosophy at each OEM and/or Tier in your territory and report out plant level trends you see.

To succeed, you will need
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent military background) with a focus on business or engineering
  • Background in industrial sales or manufacturing preferred
  • High-working knowledge of all Microsoft Office suites and software
  • 3 - 5 years sales experience
