Position Description

The Sales & Account Manager at Lakeside Pro Services is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and nurturing existing client relationships while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role blends sales, customer service, and strategic account management to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and business expansion.

Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across service sectors
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Create and present compelling proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts to ensure client satisfaction and profitability

Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, design, maintenance) to deliver exceptional service
  • Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to identify upsell opportunities

Customer Service

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and issues
  • Provide expert recommendations on irrigation, construction, and landscaping solutions
