Position: Phone Sales/Account Manager

This role focuses on scheduling appointments and customer satisfaction after sales, completing post-install paperwork, and presenting additional services or options for the customers over the phone.

Responsibilities

  • Call homeowners after installation to perform post-checks
  • Confirm successful installation and customer satisfaction
  • Complete final paperwork and approvals
  • Present additional products, upgrades, or services if needed
