Mopec is currently searching for a National Account/Channel Manager. This is a fully remote position based in the United States.

Position Overview

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing relationships with our key national accounts / channel partners to drive revenue growth and expand our market reach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in distribution channel management, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset to ensure mutual success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor/channel partners, acting as the main contact and advocate, and conducting regular reviews to monitor performance.
  • National/Channel Strategy and Development: Develop and implement a channel strategy that supports and aligns with company growth and potentially identify potential new strategic go-to market partners.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track key performance indicators and analyze data to guide and measure strategy.
  • Partner Enablement and Support: Provide training, tools, communications, and resources to help distributors/partners effectively sell products.
  • Joint Sales and Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate internally to create and implement joint sales and marketing campaigns with distributors.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate and manage partner contracts, including pricing and performance targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Internally and Externally: Work with Mopec Sales and Marketing leadership teams to align channel strategies and ensure an overall positive partner experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Background: 4-6 years in national / channel or partner management as a manufacturer, focused on distribution.
  • Experience Preferred:
    • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing partnerships.
    • Familiarity with key industry (Healthcare Laboratory and Anatomic Pathology) distributors is beneficial.
    • Sales support and demonstrated customer-facing professionalism.
    • Project management demonstrated abilities and/or experience with ability to multi-task multiple account relationships
