Description

Cybertek MSSP is seeking a Level III Helpdesk / Jr. Systems Administrator to join our growing managed services team in New Albany, Indiana. In this role, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground technical resource for a portfolio of client sites across the Louisville metro area - maintaining Microsoft-centric environments, supporting end users at remote locations, and delivering the proactive, high-quality service Cybertek clients depend on.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the escalation point for Tier 1/2/3 helpdesk tickets across the client portfolio via PSA tooling 
  • Administer and support Windows and Microsoft 365 environments across multiple client tenants
  • Travel to client sites to perform on-site support and end-user device troubleshooting
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Support hardware and software configurations and deployments
  • Assist with client onboarding, migrations, and infrastructure assessments
  • Maintain accurate client documentation in IT Glue or equivalent platform
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours critical incident response
  • Contribute to automation using PowerShell for routine admin tasks and reporting

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of helpdesk or MSP support experience, with Tier 2/3 escalation ownership
  • Strong proficiency with Windows Server and Windows 10/11 administration
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 admin center and core M365 services
  • Working knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID and hybrid identity
  • Active Directory: users, OUs, GPOs, DNS, DHCP
  • PowerShell scripting for automation and bulk tasks
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits
  • Strong communication skills - comfortable working with end users of all technical levels

Preferred

  • Microsoft certifications: MS-102, AZ-104, MD-102, or equivalent
  • Experience with RMM platforms 
  • Familiarity with PSA tools 
  • Microsoft Intune / endpoint management experience
  • Exposure to BCDR solutions: Datto, Acronis, or Veeam
  • Networking fundamentals: VLANs, VPNs, firewall administration
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$40,100 - $54,700 / year (DOE Indiana market rate)
