Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The DCCM Admin / Infrastructure Services Analyst Senior will solve problems, perform analysis, research, and test functions for systems and networks.
How you will make an impact:

  • Provides trouble resolution on complex problems.

  • Install, configure, andmaintainIBM fix packs, security patches, and minor version upgrades.

  • Migrate workflow models, case solutions, and FileNet objectstoreconfigurations across development, test, and production environments.

  • System monitoring, including server health, log analysis, storage management, and database connection pool monitoring.

  • Manage platform security, including LDAP integrations, authentication, authorization, and Object Store access control lists (ACLs).

  • Collaborate with database administrators tooptimizeOracle databases supporting CPE, ICN, and BAW environments.

  • Troubleshoot platform, middleware, and infrastructure issues, analyze logs,identifybottlenecks, and coordinate issue resolution with IBM Support.

  • Leads implementations for systems and networks; develops testing plans to ensure quality of implementation.

  • Represents major upgrades and reconfigurations in change control.

  • Designs and analyzes mix of vendor services meeting business requirements; maintains relationship with key vendors.

  • Leads lights-on initiatives to consolidate equipment and/or implement business relocations.

  • Performs capacity analysis; recommends and implements capacity increases; serves as the technical escalation for results of preventative maintenance routines; supervises preventative maintenance.

  • Performs the most complex operations and administration tasks.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires BS/BA degree in related field of study and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a support and operations role in any of the following areas: servers, networks, telecommunications, storage, mainframe, operating systems, middleware, disaster recovery, collaboration technologies, hardware/software support or other infrastructure services role; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • This position is part of our Wellpoint Federal division which, per CMS TDL 190275, requires foreign national applicants meet the residency requirement of living in the United States at least three of the past five years.


Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience administering IBM FileNet P8 and related IBM Automation platforms in an on-premises environment strongly preferred.

  • Experience administering IBM FileNet Content Platform Engine (CPE), IBM Content Navigator (ICN), IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), and IBM Case Manager strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of IBM Process Engine and FileNet Object Store administration preferred.

  • Experience supporting IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) Network Deployment environments and clustered deployments preferred.

  • Working knowledge of on-premises networking concepts, including load balancers, SSL certificate management, DNS, and firewalls.

  • Experience using source code and version control repositories such as Bitbucket (or similar Git-based platforms) to manage application code, configuration changes, and deployment artifacts.

  • Experience in an Agile Technology Development environment, preferablySAFe.
