Job Summary

Looking for a Linux Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong L3-level expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Candidate should have hands-on experience with Red Hat Clustering, Ansible Automation, and AWS environments. Must be capable of troubleshooting complex Linux infrastructure issues in production environments and supporting mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L3 support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems.
  • Troubleshoot OS, storage, network, and application issues.
  • Manage Red Hat Cluster environments.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Automate administration tasks using Ansible.

  • Collaborate with Network, Storage, Security, and Application teams.
  • Support AWS-hosted Linux workloads.
  • Participate in 24x7 production support and on-call rotations.
  • Maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
