What You'll Do

  • Support Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Troubleshoot servers, networking, virtualization, and cloud services
  • Administer backups and disaster recovery
  • Configure firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks
  • Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Teams
  • Participate in client projects including migrations and upgrades
  • Document systems and procedures
  • Mentor junior technicians
  • Deliver outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of Systems Administration experience
  • MSP experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies
