Job description

We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to monitor and maintain a Windows-based network. The ideal candidate should be a self-learner who is eager to grow his/her career in a company, with the goal of proactively taking on additional responsibilities.
Responsibilities
  • Implements, manages, upgrades and administers MS Windows Network including MS Exchange, Clustering, Hyper-V, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), DNS, DHCP, Active Directory policies and permissions
  • Creates and maintains procedure manuals, topology diagrams, and control documents
  • Maintains network peripherals - printers and scanners
  • Maintains and updates servers - Windows 2022 Server and above
  • Maintains and updates workstations and laptops -Windows 10/11.
  • Provides support and diagnostics to corporate users
  • Manages and administers enterprise anti-virus and backup suite
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory maintenance.
  • Advanced diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and the management
  • Bachelor's degree level in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline
  • Working knowledge of network technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
  • Experience with network management tools and troubleshooting
