TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) Conseiller(ère) junior en gestion de projet afin d’accompagner les équipes dans la mise en œuvre d’initiatives d’amélioration et d’innovation en gestion de projet.

Responsabilités

    • Participer à la mise en œuvre de stratégies d’accompagnement en gestion de projet
    • Contribuer à l’optimisation des processus et outils
    • Soutenir la mise en place de structures de gouvernance de projets
    • Participer à l’élaboration de gabarits et d’outils de gestion
    • Contribuer à la documentation des besoins organisationnels
    • Participer aux sessions de formation et au transfert de connaissances
    • Appuyer la production d’indicateurs de performance et tableaux de bord

Requirements

  • Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle en administration, en gestion de projet ou domaine pertinent
  • De 2 à 6 ans d’expérience dans :
    • projets d’optimisation des processus et outils en gestion de projet
    • mise en œuvre de structure de gouvernance et de pilotage
    • ou développement des compétences en gestion de projet
  • Expérience dans des entreprises d’envergure comparable (construction, ingénierie ou énergie – un atout)
Connaissances et qualités
