Crowe is seeking an experienced and motivated ServiceNow IRM & SecOps Implementation Senior Consultant to join our growing ServiceNow Cloud Solutions team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong ServiceNow expertise who is ready to lead client projects, manage delivery teams, and contribute to business development activities. As a Senior Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, taking ownership of solution delivery from design through implementation. You will also help shape the growth of our practice by leading sales demos, supporting proposal development, and mentoring junior team members. We are looking for candidates who are entrepreneurial, client-service oriented, and eager to expand their ServiceNow and consulting leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and deploy client projects across ServiceNow applications (e.g., IRM, SecOps, etc.), ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Serve as a client contact for engagements, building trusted relationships and managing expectations.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and design sessions with clients to shape solution direction.
  • Configure, customize, and extend ServiceNow applications, while overseeing execution by staff-level team members.
  • Deliver product demos to prospective clients, showcasing ServiceNow capabilities and Crowe's approach.
  • Support proposal development, SOW creation, and pre-sales activities.
  • Mentor and train junior staff, supporting their technical and consulting skill growth.
  • Contribute to internal best practices, accelerators, and knowledge sharing to enhance delivery quality.
  • Collaborate with leadership on thought leadership and practice-building initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of direct ServiceNow implementation experience.
  • Ability to independently lead client projects and contribute to business development.
  • Strong track record of delivering ServiceNow solutions that meet client needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows, UI Policies, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party tools.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and client-facing presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead ServiceNow delivery projects and guide junior staff.
  • Experience with business development activities (demos, proposals, pre-sales discussions) - Preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Certifications:
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Preferred.
    • One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications - Preferred.
    • Certified Application Developer (CAD) - a plus.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $79,100.00 - $156,600.00 per year.
