About the Role:
Looking for a talented and passionate Sushi Chef. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your craft, bring creativity to the kitchen, and deliver an exceptional dining experience that keeps guests coming back for more.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present high-quality sushi, sashimi, and Japanese cuisine with precision and artistry
  • Source, inspect, and handle fresh fish and seafood in accordance with food safety standards
  • Maintain and manage sushi bar inventory, including ordering and minimizing waste
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth, timely service
