We provide patrons of our market with exceptional, scratch-made food, including entrees and desserts, sandwiches and salads, and fresh meats and seafood.

Our kitchen Sous Chefs play an incredibly crucial role in our team. These Individuals are responsible for a great deal, including hands-on food production, meat and fish fabrication, and administrative duties. Additionally, our Sous Chefs train new employees, design menu items, and help keep our kitchen staff motivated and working as a team.
