Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Junior Business Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join our Intercompany Sales Excellence team. This role is designed for a professional ready to take the next step in their sales career, transitioning from lead generation into full-cycle business development. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and partnership building.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Pipeline Generation: Identify, research, and map out prospective clients via incoming emails, cold calling, and personalized email outreach.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Manage a high volume of outbound activities to qualified leads, pitching our solutions and booking discovery meetings.
  • Client Discovery: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect pain points, budget, and purchasing authority, mapping them to our solutions.
  • Sales Process Management: Navigate the early stages of the sales cycle, leverage global network of capabilities to provide solutions to clients, maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM - Scoro.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing to refine outreach messaging and work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities.
  • Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for meetings booked, qualified opportunities, and revenue closed.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales development, or account management (ideally in B2B tech or professional services).
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone and email.
  • Tools: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Mindset: A proactive, "hunter" mentality, with the resilience to handle rejection and the curiosity to learn new industries.
