JAMIS Software Corporation – Prime ERP Project Manager

JAMIS Software Corporation is a leading provider of ERP software solutions designed specifically for government contractors and other project-focused organizations. Our growth is driven by delivering real results for our clients. It’s also enabled by our culture, which encourages individual development, embraces an inclusive environment, and rewards innovative excellence.

JAMIS is currently seeking a high-impact Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementations for our GovCon platform, JAMIS Prime. In this role, you will drive end-to-end delivery for mid-to-large-scale client engagements, partnering directly with executive stakeholders and influencing mission-critical business transformations. The Prime ERP Project Manager plays an integral part in overseeing the successful implementation of JAMIS Prime ERP for clients, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of JAMIS Prime implementations across a portfolio of 15+ concurrent projects.
  • Drive alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and quality outcomes.
  • Lead client-facing delivery and maintain strong executive stakeholder relationships.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks before impacting delivery.
  • Drive resource alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure consistent use of project management best practices across implementations.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and status reporting.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams.
Required Skills / Experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years managing ERP implementations across the full lifecycle delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a professional services environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and executive presence.
  • Experience with GovCon or project-based accounting systems preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, Planner).
Benefits

We offer a culture that fosters career development and values working together as a team.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package; 401(k) with generous employer match; and paid time off.

We value diversity at our company. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or any other applicable legally protected characteristics in the location in which the candidate is applying.
