Job description

About Pivotal Health

Pivotal Health is the leading technology platform that helps healthcare providers get paid fairly in an increasingly complex reimbursement landscape. Today, many providers face persistent underpayment from health insurance companies, despite delivering high-quality care. While processes like IDR (Independent Dispute Resolution) were designed to promote fairness, theyโ€™re often administrative-heavy, time-consuming, and difficult to navigate without the right tools. Pivotal Health combines software, data, and service into a seamlessly integrated, AI-driven platform that simplifies these complex reimbursement workflows. We help providers efficiently dispute underpaid claims, reduce administrative burden, and recover the reimbursement theyโ€™re entitled to; without adding more work to already stretched teams. Our full-service IDR solution is just the starting point. Weโ€™re building solutions that enable providers to operate with clarity, control, and confidence across the reimbursement journey.

Role Overview

We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to help lead IT as we plan to relocate one of our office locations and continue to scale. You'll own End-User & SaaS Support, Networking & Infrastructure, and will work cross-functionally with all departments, and play a critical role in shaping IT Support. This role reports directly to our Director of IT.

What Youโ€™ll DoEnd-User & SaaS Support
  • Provide day-to-day IT support for Google Workspace and Microsoft (PC/Mac) environments
  • Administer and troubleshoot core SaaS applications; manage user access and licensing
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues across Windows and Mac platforms
  • Manage user lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and account provisioning/deprovisioning
  • Deliver in-office, hands-on IT support and remote support for distributed employees
  • Manage incidents through full lifecycle: triage, troubleshooting, resolution, and documentation
Networking & Infrastructure
  • Support and troubleshoot office networking (wired and wireless connectivity)
  • Maintain core IT infrastructure and endpoint hardware
  • Video Conferencing & AV โ€“ Support Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams for meetings and collaboration
  • Provide in-office AV support, including conference room setup and troubleshooting
Project Management
  • Lead and coordinate IT projects from planning through completion
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communication across initiatives
Who You Are
  • Strong foundational IT skills across Google Workspace and Microsoft (PC/Mac) administration
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals
  • Experience administering SaaS platforms
  • Strong project management skills
  • Comfortable supporting video conferencing (Zoom/Google Meet/Teams) and in-office AV
  • Fast learner, able to make quick decisions and keep pace at a fast-moving tech company
Why Youโ€™ll Love Working Here

Weโ€™re a collaborative, low-ego team on a mission to make healthcare reimbursement fairer for providers. While we primarily hire around our core hubsโ€“Los Angeles and New Yorkโ€“we remain open to exceptional talent outside those regions. Remote and hybrid flexibility varies by role and team, and is outlined in each job description. If youโ€™re excited by solving complex problems and making a real-world impact, weโ€™d love to hear from you.

Benefits Include
  • Competitive compensation, including equity
  • Full health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Retirement savings plan through 401(k)
  • Flexible time off
  • Opportunities for company-wide connection and events

Weโ€™re building something meaningful; and we want you on the team. Bring your ideas, curiosity, and drive, and letโ€™s transform healthcare reimbursement together.
