Job Description:

Work Schedule: 3 x 12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Sign on Bonus: $20,000

  • Manages assigned direct reports including recruitment, hiring, coaching, disciplinary actions, development, education, competencies, performance evaluations, and payroll functions.

  • Demonstrating critical thinking skills, creativity, and resource management to achieve quality performance and positive employee relations.

  • Fostering a culture of psychological safety, where team members feel supported, valued, and empowered to speak up, share concerns, and contribute meaningfully.

  • Promotes evidence-based practice, ensuring quality outcomes, and fostering a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous learning.

  • Provides ongoing education and training to nursing staff to maintain high competency levels.

  • Prepares the unit for audits and surveys, by monitoring and maintaining unit compliance with regulatory standards, accrediting, hospital policies while coordinating staff education to maintain competencies and preparedness.

  • Manages nursing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal patient care.

  • Conducts regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns and provide guidance.

  • Assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating ongoing service programs to ensure quality nursing and patient care.

  • Manages budgets and resources efficiently to meet financial and operational goals.

  • Other duties as assigned.

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]
Work Experience:
• 5+ current clinical [Preferred]
• 5+ hospital experience [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
