Job Description

- Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights including physical access requirements.ย 

- To manage physical access to BES Cyber Systems by specifying a physical security plan in support of protecting BES Cyber Systems against compromise that could lead to misoperation or instability in the BES.ย 

- Assess need for any security reconfigurations (minor or significant) and execute them if required.ย 

- Keep current with emerging security alerts and issues.ย 

- Conduct research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of security enhancement and development efforts.ย 

- Participate in the planning and design of enterprise security architecture.ย 

- Participate in the creation of enterprise security documents (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines and procedures).ย 

- Identify new trends in systems security and data protection, and build business cases for adoption of best practices.ย 

- Recommend additional security solutions or enhancements to existing security solutions to improve overall enterprise security.ย 

- Participate in activities in Access Management to provide access management business requirements and insure compliance with industry and company security standards.ย 


Qualifications

Minimum Educational Background and Physical Requirements Required to Perform Job:ย 

Associates degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or 7 years of comparable work experience.ย 


Recommended Training / Experience:ย 

- CISSP, CISA, CISM and other comparative information security certifications are preferred.ย 

- Experience with MyIdentity IQ and Sailpoint preferred.ย 

- NERC CIP Complianceย
