Are you the cross-functional QA leader who turns standards into everyday practice?

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Manager to act as the company’s Management Representative and orchestrate our Quality Management System across Quality, Production, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

What you’ll own
  • QMS leadership: ensure alignment to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Standards execution: embed API, ISO, and ASME requirements into procedures, training, and audits.
  • Cross-team collaboration: partner with Production and Engineering to resolve issues quickly and prevent recurrence.
  • Data-driven decisions: leverage Quality Control Data Analysis to prioritize improvements.
  • Mechanical rigor: verify Mechanical Testing, perform Blueprint Reading, and support hands-on troubleshooting.
  • Safety advocacy: reinforce Workplace Safety & EHS Management in all quality activities.
What you’ll bring
  • Proven leadership and mechanical aptitude in a manufacturing setting.
  • Hands-on experience with API, ISO, and ASME quality systems.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, OR equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years of quality management experience working with API and ISO standards (preferred).
  • Manufacturing or valve industry experience strongly preferred.
