As our Region Director Medical Informatics, you will be responsible for implementing and directing Medical Informatics strategy across the California Region, aligning with senior leadership's vision and driving organization-wide impact. This critical leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare through innovative medical informatics. We're seeking a visionary and strategic leader to drive operational excellence, optimize EHR systems, and standardize clinical workflows across our organization. Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree In related technical/business area required.
  • Minimum five (5) years leadership experience required.
  • Minimum five (5) years healthcare IT, informatics, or related service line experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Healthcare Informatics or Nursing preferred.
  • Three (3) years informatics experience preferred.
  • Cerner experience preferred.
  • Cerner to Epic go-live experience preferred.
  • Clinical background (Registered Nurse, Medical Assistant) preferred.
