About the Role
We are looking for a bilingual ( English/ Spanish) motivated and ambitious recent graduate who wants to build a career in technical sales, engineering solutions, and international business.
This position combines technology, engineering, client interaction, and business development. You will learn how to present and sell advanced simulation systems used by government agencies, technical training centers, universities, and private companies worldwide.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide training and mentoring.

Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Contact potential customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Understand customer training needs and recommend solutions
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Maintain CRM records and sales activities
• Work closely with engineering and marketing teams
• Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
• Learn about simulation technology, AI tools, and emerging industries

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
- Fluent English (required)
- Spanish (preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and executives
- Interest in technology, engineering, AI, and innovation
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work full-time in our West Palm Beach office
