Description
The Facility Security Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations within a Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF). This role oversees cargo screening compliance activities, training records, audit processes, and operational monitoring to support secure and compliant cargo operations.
The position requires strong administrative capabilities, leadership experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage compliance programs within a fast-paced logistics and transportation environment.
Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education
• Prior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) / prior enlisted military leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and administrative skills
• Experience with quality assurance, safety, auditing, or compliance programs
• Ability to lead and manage regulatory compliance processes
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Innovative problem-solving and leadership mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
Requirements
