Deine Aufgaben: Du machst mit uns den Unterschied.
  • Du wirst Teil des Teams Customer Experience und lernt das gesamte Serviceerlebnis bei Tchibo MOBIL kennen – von operativen Prozessen bis hin zu digitalen Lösungen.
  • Eigenständig beantwortest du Kundenbewertungen auf Plattformen wie Trustpilot, YouTube und den App Stores und klärst Kundenanliegen in enger Abstimmung mit Kundenservice und Backoffice.
  • Über eingehendes Feedback behältst du den Überblick und hast stets einen Blick für Trends sowie wiederkehrende Themen auf externen und internen Kanälen.
  • Gewonnene Insights bereitest du strukturiert auf und unterstützt bei der Ableitung konkreter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
  • Eng verzahnt arbeitest du mit Customer Service, Product Ownern und weiteren Schnittstellen zusammen und hilfst dabei, Feedback in konkrete Optimierungen zu übersetzen.
Dein Profil: Du erfindest uns immer wieder neu.
  • Du befindest dich im Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Kommunikationswissenschaften, in einem vergleichbaren Studium oder im Gap Year.
  • Kundenservice, Kommunikation und digitale Produkte interessieren dich und du bringst ein gutes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse mit
  • Dein gutes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse und dem Interesse an Kundenservice, Kommunikation und digitalen Produkten bringst du aktiv mit ein.
  • Mit deiner lösungsorientierten und kommunikativen Art arbeitest du strukturiert und sorgfältig und gerne proaktiver im Team.

  • Du hast ab Juli/August idealerweise 6 Monate Zeit, uns zu unterstützen.
