  • You are available to work 10 consecutive weeks during the summer. Internship dates are June 7, 2027 through August 13, 2027.

  • You are motivated, curious, and willing to learn by jumping in, asking questions, and building relationships.

  • You enjoy working with people and understand that strong communication, follow-through, and trust are central to great customer service.

  • You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change and teamwork matters.

  • You are a real-world problem solver who is willing to roll up your sleeves and understand the business from the ground up.

  • You have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

What Ferguson Offers

  • Guidance, coaching, and feedback from experienced Ferguson associates and branch leaders.

  • Opportunities to learn from leaders, connect with peers, and build relationships across the business.

  • A midpoint and final evaluation to help you understand your strengths, growth areas, and future career opportunities.

  • Exposure to potential full-time opportunities, including programs such as the Sales Trainee Program.

  • Competitive hourly pay of $22.50 per hour.
