Role & Responsibilities
  • Curate and execute sophisticated plated desserts, house-made breads, petit fours, and seasonal pastry offerings.

  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to design elegant, innovative menus aligned with The Lodgeโ€™s culinary vision.

  • Maintain the highest standards of taste, texture, and visual presentation.
