JOB DESCRIPTION: Graduate Assistant
DATE: 2/21/26
DEPARTMENT: Academic Affairs
REPORTS TO: Director of International Programs/Director of Academic Center for Excellence and Support
JOB SUMMARY:
Must be registered and enrolled in a Nichols College graduate degree program.
This position includes 50% tuition remission.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting with coordination of events for International Programs.
Assisting with administrative duties for ACES and International Programs.
Managing social media and marketing materials for International Programs.
Assist with researching trends and new initiatives in Study Abroad.
Assist with proctoring exams on occasion.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, able to handle a multi-task work environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy/proficiency.
Dependable, self-starter, innovative, motivated.
Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Light lifting.
