Job description

International Program Management Support (Lifecycle Acquisition)

Overall Assignment Description:

Serves as a member of team that:

  • Support TIP representatives in all program finance related issues to include assessing/coordinating/scheduling/executing briefings for management.
  • Support TIP in programmatic reviews, assessing vendor Program Management Review charts and CDRLs, and international program reviews with partner participation.
  • Support ECPs and provide technical evaluations and recommendations.
  • Facilitate the NSG approval for acquisitions and ECPs by going thru the Acquisition Strategy Panel (ASP), NSG Acquisition Review Board (NARB) preparing briefings and responding to actions.
  • Work directly with vendors to produce accurate programmatic metrics.

Duties include:

Specific tasks most often encountered through the day/week/month:

  • Perform various "What Ifs" and other programmatic analysis.
  • Cost/schedule ROMs for LOE increases/decreases.
  • Costs associated with contract performance period compression/extensions.
  • Running down actions and responding to NSG Taskers.
  • Facilitating year end execution, adjusting for spend plan variations and internal reductions.
  • Review programmatic CDRLs for accuracy and potential execution risks.
  • Assist Senior International Program Management Support personnel in project monitoring, control and surveillance activities.
  • Provide funding coordination with agency partners, evaluating their spend plans and documenting their requirements for support agreements and memorandum of agreements/understanding (MOA/MOU).
  • Review documentation and provide critical analysis and recommendations for programmatic decision making.

Required: 

       Manage both programmatic and technical aspects of complex programs.\

       Active TS/SCI CI

Desired:

  • Certified Program Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
  • Understand Systems engineering and Acquisition processes.
  • Familiarity the geospatial intelligence mission and its contributions to the IC.
  • Familiarity with NSG and ASG systems.
  • Familiarity with Certification and Accreditation processes.
  • Experience with International Programs.
  • Trained on or experienced with using the XACTA Information Assurance web application.
  • Understanding of NGA Mission Partner and customer/user roles and missions.
