OVERVIEW:

As a Junior Channel Sales Manager, you will own the alliance and business development opportunities with key arago Partners. You will be a strategic thinker with a focus on driving revenue ("sell with" and "sell through") across enterprise business and have a "problem-solving" mindset. You will be responsible for the overall success of the Partnership including enablement and sales opportunities. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Implementation and will be the focal point for the technical alliance Partners for all relationship matters.

This position is for the US team only!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build-up and expansion of partnerships with IT vendors service providers and consulting companies for scaling-up the sustainable business growth and expand arago's indirect sales reach
  • Development of growth strategies in other IT segments (Industry 4.0, ...)
  • Support and development of the existing distribution channels of the partners
  • Identify, recruit and operationalize new channel Partner organizations to help
  • Develop a comprehensive Partner map, outlining current Partner capabilities, capacity and gaps
  • Build a Partner business plan with quantified goals and milestones to achieve Partner sourced revenue metrics to meet all quarterly sales requirements
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing Partners
    • Work with sales reps on various Channel oriented opportunities
    • Collaboration in offer situations and moderation of the partners
  • Initiating and managing partner training and enablement processes
  • Creation and support of master contracts including change management (changes)
  • Contact and information care with the contact partners for the respective partnerships
  • Project and escalation management
  • Manage regular business reviews between arago and Partners
  • Manage CRM system based contact management
  • Maintain and report an accurate sales forecast in Fairsale
  • Continuous status reporting
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 7+ years in software Enterprise Sales & Channel combined
  • Customer orientation, negotiation skills, communication strength, as well as an independent and structured way of working
  • Profound professional experience in the described field
  • Sales experience in distributed organizations
  • Know-how in contract management and management of (international) partners
  • Technology and service background in IT and / or Business process automation
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills required
  • Knowledge and use of MS Office required
  • Nationwide travel
