Job description

Our client in Miami Beach is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of events and programs. Events are central to the organization’s mission, and this role plays a key part in delivering engaging, high-quality experiences for members, partners, and the broader community.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events and programs from conception through implementation
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including timelines, vendors, venues, contracts, budgets, and on-site execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders, including consistent follow-up and communication
  • Draft, review, and manage event contracts and agreements
  • Track event details to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and expectations are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events align with organizational goals
  • Maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation for all events and programs
  • Support creative event concepts while maintaining strong organizational structure
  • Manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and professionalism

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in event planning, programs, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
