Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead enterprise Salesforce platform strategy, architecture, and technical governance. This role is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in enterprise integrations, data architecture, DevOps, AI-enabled development, and Salesforce platform modernization while providing technical leadership across cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience with at least 3 years as a Salesforce Architect.
  • Expert knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL, SOSL, Platform Events, and Salesforce architecture.
  • Extensive experience designing enterprise integrations using MuleSoft or similar middleware platforms.
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience leading Salesforce data architecture, ETL processes, and enterprise data migrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification required.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  • Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer certification.
  • Salesforce Data Architecture & Management Designer certification.
  • MuleSoft Architect or MuleSoft Certified Professional certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Agentforce, and Field Service.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Devin, or similar tools.
  • Experience in Energy, Utilities, Healthcare, Financial Services, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with GIS/ESRI, SAP, and enterprise document management systems.
  • Experience managing global or offshore Salesforce delivery teams.
